Bob Smith-Petersen is a mobile Massachusetts Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Shiatsu practitioner, ACE Massage Cupping Practitioner, and Thai Bodyworker.
A 2011 graduate of The Massage School, Bob has been practicing outcall massage therapy and Reiki in the MetroWest and Central Massachusetts areas since 2012 and teaching Reiki of all levels privately since 2007. Currently based out of Townsend, Massachusetts, Smith-Petersen Massage Therapy grew out of Bob’s desire to serve a multitude of needs, and supportive roles for his clients, a flexible time schedule, and providing client-centered work in the comfort of their own homes, workplaces or offices at reasonable rates.
Emphasizing a very eclectic, broad, and diverse set of perspectives, techniques, skills, and knowledge on wellness, stress-relief, pain management and improving range of motion, Bob is dedicated to finding the best ways to meet his clients’ needs and mitigate the common pains & stressors of the 21st century.
Bob pays close attention to the specific needs of his clients, and is very responsive to their input. He works with what each body is telling him, rather than a rote set of massage strokes. Quite simply, his shoulder and back massages are some of the best ever!
